B2B Partnership Case Studies
Case Study: Housing & Infrastructure ...back to top
This multi-party strategic partnership helped house homeless Native Americans by providing services in transportation, construction and construction management, engineering, health and safety testing, and political advocacy.
In response to US Congress directing FEMA to donate thousands of new homes to Native American Tribes, we created a strategic partnership between 2 enterprise partners, dozens of small business partners, 3 federal agencies, multiple non-profits, and dozens of Native American governments.
Our partnership provided political advocacy, health & safety testing, transportation, construction and construction management, and engineering services to Native American Tribes receiving these homes. The project was directed at assisting the 100,000 homeless Native Americans in need at the time.
Our advocacy efforts served to gather, amplify and bridge the voice of the Tribal Nations with the 3 federal agencies in-charge. We successfully lobbied for adequate health & safety testing of homes, and a timely release schedule. Ultimately ~2,500 homes were distributed, providing space for up to 15,000 beds.
Our business services provided a turnkey solution to move and install homes in their final destination. We provided the first available formaldehyde testing option, home transport, site utility installation, site construction and design, and home installation. Our partnership captured a significant portion of market demand, and provided space for up to 1600 beds.
